We walk around beautiful Beaver Hills almost daily. With the COVID contagion receding and the revival trees, flowers, bushes and manicured lawns, it's a pleasure to walk the neighborhood. That is, until you get the lower part of Beaver Hills--number 250. The property gets worse daily.
