The sidewalks on Edgewood are impassable (because the city ignores the alteration requirements of the ADA as a matter of policy. There is a report on here that shows a man jogging in the roadway on Edgewood because of it. There is no curb ramp on one side of a cross-street on Edgewood, so someone in a wheelchair couldn't get back on the sidewalk if it was traversable to someone in a wheelchair...,
