This morning at 4:19 am a truck belonging to the city came through are street. Our street has been restricted to truck traffic for years. This was a Council enacted ordinance.
The truck belonged to DPW and appeared to be refuge truck. The truck did not stop as it was using our street as a cut through.

4/25/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with reportedly early refuse truck noise on a restricted traffic street has been formally submitted to Richmond Solid Waste Management so that proper consideration on the matter can take place accordingly.
