Any status on this? Some neighbors are trying to rent out a house to a good family and cannot due to these neighbors who have graffiti all around their house as well as inside all over their walls. I wonder if myself or the other good people in the area were city workers if the problem would get addressed faster? It's a shame no one would want to live with their kids by this house people come on and out all day long.. One family can destroy a whole area..
