Sharraxaadda

There are two steel plates on West Cary Street in Carytown which do not have proper signage and are not marked on all four corners with white reflective tape as required by law. I reported this issue directly to the City of Richmond on 5/1/18 after striking one of the unmarked plates while riding my motorcycle and nearly wrecking, but no action has been taken.
