I am requesting a future extension of the project/further improvements to Telegraph Ave. that are currently underway and end at 52nd Street. I'd like an extension of traffic calming, pedestrian safety, and a "road diet" of Telegraph Ave. north of 52nd Street all the way to Berkeley. Right now it is a dangerous 4-lane highway.

Telegraph Avenue is a thoroughfare. Road diets on thoroughfares are a travesty, eliminating passing lanes and forcing all traffic to creep along single-file (and come to a dead stop whenever someone needs to park or turn).
Speaking of travesties: The stretch of Telegraph with the "road diet" remains full of potholes (particularly from 27th St. to MacArthur). Are those potholes someone's idea of "traffic calming" devices?
