Multiple street lights out on Church Street in New Rochelle, just south of the Church Street & Pelham Road intersection, adjacent to the Titus Mill Pond. No street lights for weeks. New Rochelle City Manager's office indicates this is a ConEdison issue. Con Edison has acknowledged the issue.
