  Code and Blight enforcement 510-238-3381 for the private property. Nuisance Abatement 510-238-6370. Alameda Co environmental health 510-567-6700 as you are concerned about hazardous material in back yard. Code enforcement will give you a complaint number. Then it takes a week for an inspector to come out. They then have to give the property owners 30 days to respond not fix the problem. The more concerned neighbors that complain the better. Do they have a business license. Do a search on the internet on Calif DMV illegal car sales/curbstoning. Take your neighborhood hood back.

  Area residents impacted by this public nuisance property would like a status. The property still looks the same, nothing has changed. Dump trucks, bob cats, blighted property with junk and debris in the back is still very visible.

  The trash and debris are still on the property. They are also numerous abandoned vehicles, dump, truck and bobcats parked in front of this property. Being advised by an area resident a tow truck is leaving the inoperable vehicles on the block. PLEASE PROVIDE A STATUS!!!

  As I mentioned above code enforcement 510-238-3381 The PWD call center does not really refer these issues to this dept. You and as many concerned neighbors need to file complaints.
