A small tree blocks this stop sign. It's even worse during the summer and spring when there are leaves covering the branches. Either the stop sign has to be moved in front of the tree or a couple of branches need to be pruned back.

SLOW DOWN THE TRAFFIC that has been zooming north these past few weeks.
A turning lane and an arrow encourages cars to turn left onto this little block as an alternative to traveling NORTH on King Street (at 4th/River/King) and NORTH at 6th/Federal). This happened November when Federal Street was newly paved.
Our short block has hazards: South: the parking lot exit from a large senior housing (O'Neil), Middle: the front door of a active church--day and evening, 7 day a week (Bethel Baptist), North: parking lot entrance and exits.
SLOW DOWN THE TRAFFIC. Why do drivers need this 3rd encouragement to turn North?
