Look this close up. This is Why is not safe for pedestrian and Kids walking around this area at mornings caching their buses,Especially with these weather, slippery dangerous since the corners is so close to the avenue (Lombard is a very narrow sidewalk)

There today and placed the fencing and pieces of broken concrete on to the property. The bags are not full of garbage, but yard waste/leaves. At this moment they are frozen and can't be moved, but the fencing is covering it for now.
