Sharraxaadda

The Sliced diner at Bay and Elm keeps having it's employees stuff cardboard boxes inbetween the traffic light pole and traffic signal box at the southwest corner of Bay and Elm; it's an eyesore as these boxes aren't removed by trash collectors.
