Property owner is Torino - 37 Bradley Street .Their plow driver cleared their driveway and plowed the snow on my sidewalk. Another neighbor witnessed it. I already had 4 feet of snow piled up at the edge of my sidewalk. The tenant engaged the plow and splits the cost with the landlord. Both are saying the other is responsible. The landlord (Torino's) story is that they were plowing the snow into the street. THERE IS AN TOWN ORDINANCE AGAINST THAT !!!!

I don't want to get a citation for not shoveling my sidewalk. I told them to get the plow driver back and remove it. They don't seem inclined to do so. Do I have any recourse ? Should I call the police?
