Falling limbs

My neighbors and I have complained about this person draining his pool into our backyard. Evidently, it's been happening again. The address is directly in our backyards, 34 Overhill Ave. This picture is the result of this happening yet again. It drained into the front yard and turned into a block of ice creating a MAJOR hazard for myself and my neighbors on Slater Road. The police was notified about this two summers ago and here we are yet again. Same problem.

This house has been a total nightmare to live next to for over 10 years now. I am only able to upload one picture but this is what happens every year. The overgrowth here is causing issues with people walking their dogs and children as well as blocking my view so that I can safely back out of my driveway. This entire side of this house is full of overgrowth and ticks. This isn't the first time I complain about this neighbor and when I do, they do the bare minimum to keep the city off their tails. This is a year round issue with this Neighbor. In the fall, I have to complain so that the leaves get done, in the winter, same thing with the snow removal in addition to the fact that there is a current hoarding situation there. It's outrageous that this house isn't condemned. Please help.

Broken trash can

This fence has continuously fallen into my yard and this is what the neighbor does to “fix” the problem. This is the only issue. I am only allowed to post one picture but there are much bigger issues at this address.

This person NEVER clears her property of leaves and snow. As you can see from the picture, the leaves were never cleared and now the snow isn’t either. This happens every year and I talk to her about it every year. Please help my family with this ongoing issue.
