The parking kiosk has a software glitch that leads to overpayment. This has happened to me twice. Today I paid with a credit card, selected 8 hour parking ($12), hit OK, and then the machine continued to add time ($15.75 total). There was no way to stop this increase or cancel the transaction. Same thing happened last week.

The pedestrian walk signal is not firmly attached to the ground. If you touch it, the whole pole wobbles strongly. Could seriously injure someone if comes fully detached.

just walked through the upper green with out of town guests. was like a 3rd world country. furniture and trash everywhere, people setting up encampments. not the way to make this city attractive to newcomers. i hope the city will do what it can to clean up this area

Tree along curb in front of house has many dead branches, and during every storm, several large branches fall onto the sidewalk. This is a safety hazard, and tree needs to be pruned to remove dead branches

Cars on S Frontage running red lights across College St during nearly every traffic cycle. It is only a matter of time before a pedestrian is struck here. There is a strong need for red light cameras or a more active enforcement policy (if an officer were to sit here for 5 minutes, they would be guaranteed to see several offenders)
