    Homeless people came back last night. I could not sleep because the guy in the picture keeps shouting. I saw a RED SUV dropped him off in front of the First United Methodist Church around 7:30 p.m. There are homeless people camp in the vacant lot, some are in front of the entrance door of the church and some inside the silver old car that parks in front of the church (they play their music very loud). NCPD Homeless Outreach Team (H.O.T) and the Mayor of the National City are not doing their job. Please help us.

    Residents of this home place ramps on public street to prevent neighbors from parking in front of their home and so they can park their other cars up on their lawn. Ramps should not be placed and left on a public street, if they are, they should be removed once their car is parked on their lawn.

    I manage National city self storage and this man has started multiple fires on our property. he is less then 5 feet from vegetarian, less then 15 feet from a wooden building. He is posing a risk to our property and the property of innocent people who rent with us. We have called the fire department on him multiple yet he still starts fires.
