The city did quite a bit work om the fire hydrants and lines in this area over the summer. This fire hydrant appears to have forgotten. It is roped off with large of piece of plywood covering a large whole. Over the months the safety fencing and signs are coming down and debris is going into sidewalk. The large hole is safety hazard next to sidewalk.
