House has turned into a eyesore, compared to surrounding houses that are well kept with manicured lawns, paint is peeling off the house storm windows are missing, yard has not been touched in years, the house has had the same color paint for well over 30 yrs, with no attempt to repaint it, current residents have lived there at least 10 yrs. and have done absolutely no improvements to this eyesore what so ever.
