Household trash piled up around bin outside the businesses at 488-490 Orange. Trash includes show and shipping boxes, mail, and even a front car bumper. Some boxes and mail addressed to 475 Orange Street. This is a regular problem -- and the regular city trash pick up, not equipped for recycling doesn't remove the boxes -- they will only empty the bin itself. This week the trash started accumulating Sunday, and the pile keeps growing.
