There is a giant pile of trash blocking the sidewalk in front of 4714 Rhawn Street. The house also has giant weeds and litter on the sidewalk that occasionally block the path. There are also two abandoned cars parked out front - a white Honda station wagon (PA HJZ1862) that has been there 3 months and been reported to the abandoned vehicle line twice, and a red Ford Explorer (PA HSW9716) with expired registration that appeared last week, also reported to the abandoned vehicle line. The attached photo was taken this evening, 5/22/12.
