Dear Sir,
The addition of a median strip at the entrance to the Echo Lake apartments and the YMCA from N 192 is creating a huge traffic jam. Eastbound traffic to the apartments and the Y are either driving in the oncoming lane or making a 3 point U turn to turn left. Traffic exiting the Y and the apartments is doing the same. Commercial traffic, moving vans, etc. are parking on 192nd and blocking.
Today I exited the Interurban Trail on my bike into this mess to return to my apartment on Echo Lake. Very dangerous!
The city of Shoreline is just begging for a lawsuit after the first accident here.
Please! Drop the idea of a blocking median on 192nd!
