Small red Toyota (maybe a Celica? Not a Prius) CT plate 131 ZBE passed several cars in both lanes at a very high rate of speed on the curve of Dodge at approximately 8:10 this morning. The car was headed toward the direction St. Bernadette School, where children were being dropped off for the start of the school day.
