The issue was closed within See Click Fix because you have used the heading of "Open and Vacant" in error. In order for a structure to be considered open and vacant, its extremities must be accessible to the public (ex. front door unlocked and open, windows broken in, etc.). A hole in the siding of the building is not a public access point. This issue was entered into our Code Enforcement System when the initial complaint was made.
