This is the month of March and our first pickup was to be in November and we haven't had one pickup! What is the issue. I didn't see a decrease in my taxes, so why haven't we had these damn leaves picked up?

MPACT/SCF 3rd Precinct Meeting -Thurs. March 10 2016 at 6PM at Byrd Park Roundhouse, Richmond VA...I have an unavoidable conflict or I would be there to voice my concurance on your complaint. If you or any of your neighbors could go, it would be much appreciated. I was not aware of this meeting until this morning. Wonder if the short notice was to hold down attendance in as much as there should be many such complaints being voiced.
