So you are saying that when the light changes to red, traffic stops (like it is supposed to) and since it is stopped it starts to back-up? Sounds normal to me. I anticipate that traffic starts to back-up when a light is red. What is your solution to the problem? I am sure that if the city made the green light longer for Mentor Avenue everyone on Chestnut would complain about how long they have to wait to get a green light.
ok, who is the majority? The people on Chestnut or the people that use RT 20? How they fix it, is Painesville's problem. They are the ones who was to cheap to expand RT20. Unlike their neighbor Painesville Twp, where they could find the funds to do RT20 the right way.
