ENTIRE Sidewalks are being blocked by homeless camp. People in wheelchairs or with disabilities are having to go into the street.

Sidewalk around MLK and 24th on both sides of the street are being blocked ENTIRELY. A path needs to be cleared.

You need to clear a path on the sidewalk in order to be ADA compliant. If the sidewalk is not cleared then you can expect a suit to be filed for failing to comply with ADA laws. People need clear sidewalks to get by. Should not have to take wheelchair into street.

If the homeless are going to camp on the sidewalk they need to leave a clear path.
