The City's parking app crashes upon opening. This has been a problem for a while, as shown on the Apple app page. The app hasn't been update for three years.

Update it or take it down. Hartford's works just fine.

Here's a workaround supplied by Passport Inc. They are the ones who created the GoNewHaven parking app.

1. Uninstall the app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.
2. Allow notifications and Bluetooth (both must be allowed in order for the app to work for the time being)

This will only be effective on iOS 13.

If Tommy's suggestion does not work for you, please consider utilizing the ParkMobile meter payment app, which is currently functioning normally.
