I call the city hall to check if there is any Rules of having a Basketball hoop on the street and no respond yet. everyday a lot of kids are playing basketball on the street and drivers have to stop or way for the kids to move out. it is a safety issue and need to be resolve before something happened. The people at 110 richards pl are the owner of the basketball hoop. Need help to stop the basketball issue please.
