I imagine that, when I see so many people keep driving when a student is stepping into the walk, the students wonder what the purpose of the walks are.

little late on tis I am.....BUT I'd rather see the guy singing on the bridge rathar then hit the student that darts out in front of you..in the rain....the installed lights reduced the speed without warning..Now train the 40,000 a year students/adults
