There is a mirror at this intersection that should allow for drivers turning onto State Street to see the oncoming traffic that is blocked by the numerous cars parked along the street. Right now it is angled down and serves no purpose. I almost always get hit when trying to turn left onto State because I can't see the cars traveling SW.
Who can help with this?

This is an on going problem -- right now, a truck is parked on State, encroaching into the Bus/no standing zone, blocking the view of drivers attempting to turn from Bradley onto State. Last week, a truck parked in this same spot caused an accident. Police, PLEASE ticket these trucks. COMPLETE STREETS -- please create a bump out to make this intersection safer.
I just called the police, dispatcher said she wasn't sure when the police could get to the area.
